My services are offered as one off slots or block bookings, depending on what you are looking for. Please contact me with questions to discuss how we can work together.

I am available to work with schools, and hold a clear DBS certificate registered with the update service.

I have worked across Primary, Secondary and Sixth form and have experience within mainstream and specialist settings. My approach with young people is creative/play based.

Please contact me directly to discuss availability and day rates.

What I offer

  • I don’t think I could stress enough the importance of finding the right therapist for you. And it is okay for me to not be the right fit for you.

I offer a free 20 minute online consultation for us to get to know each other a little, including what is bringing you to therapy, and see if we would be a good fit.

  • These session offer you the opportunity to work through elements that are troubling you. We create a safe space for you to explore yourself and your life.

  • Parenthood can be a joy, it can also be incredible hard!

It is okay for both those things to be true.

Reflective parenting offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with your child. Reflecting on what they are communicating to you.

This can include explore how your experience as a child impacts your experience as a parent.

We work together to deepen understanding of your child, helping you feel more connected and responsive in your parenting.

    All behaviour is communication.

  • These are one off sessions for anyone who needs a moment to pause and take care of themselves. Whether you’re feeling anxious about an upcoming event or simply need an hour to refocus, these sessions offer support without the commitment of starting a longer therapeutic journey.

These sessions are designed to be brief, standalone spaces and are less in depth than ongoing therapy. We take a breath, reflect and leave feeling more grounded and clear.

  • These sessions combine the grounding qualities of creativity with the supportive space of therapy.

You’re welcome to bring a creative project to work on during the session. We’ll sit alongside one another, working on our own piece, allowing the conversation to unfold naturally and at your pace.

This approach can be especially supportive if you feel anxious about starting therapy, find eye contact or sitting face to face difficult, or are drawn to a gentler, less structured way of working.

What happens…

Reach out

Use my contact page to get in touch. You can say a little of what you’re looking for, or just ask about availability for a free consultation.

I aim to respond in 2-3 working days and we can find a time to book a call.

Consultation

Here I will ask a bit about what has brought you to seek therapy now and what’s going on for you. We will discuss what you are looking for in a therapist and your goals.

There is no obligation to book sessions after this call.

First Session

In the first session, whether online or in person, we will mostly do what I call ‘therapeutic admin’ this includes forms and contracts - boring but important things.

This also is an opportunity to settle into the therapeutic dynamic. And for you to ask any burning questions.

Ongoing work

Whether 1, 6 or continuous sessions, each session will unfold based on what you bring to the session.
