Adult Counselling

I offer adult counselling sessions in Enfield, Wood Green and remotely. My work is integrative, which means I don’t rely on just one style of therapy. Instead, I blend different approaches to suit your unique needs and experiences.
Some of my key approaches are:
Person-centred which keeps you at the centre of the work
Psychodynamic which considers the way your past affects your present.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which targets your thoughts and thinking
Art therapy which uses more creative means for you to express and explore your journey.
For me, the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build, human to human.

There are many things that can bring us to therapy. Big life changes, early trauma or life changing events. But, it can also be more subtle, seeing friends move into different phases of life without you, feeling overwhelmed by monotony or loneliness, or the thought that somewhere along the way your life became something you don’t recognise.
Therapy can be a space to help you unpack thoughts and feelings, laying them out to get to know yourself better, reframe thoughts that are not serving you and build confidence and compassion for yourself.
