How I work
Hello!
I work in an integrative way, which means I don’t rely on just one style of therapy. Instead, I blend different approaches to suit your unique needs and experiences. I might draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, or more creative methods like journaling, art or parts work.
For me, the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build, human to human. I am not here to judge we all have thoughts and feelings that shock us or we feel ashamed of. It’s okay to bring them and accept even the more difficult parts of ourselves.
There are many things that can bring us to therapy. Big life changes, early trauma or life changing events. It can also be more subtle, seeing friends move into different phases of life without you, feeling overwhelmed by monotony or loneliness, or the thought that somewhere along the way your life became something you don’t recognise.
Therapy can be a space to help you unpack thoughts and feelings, laying them out to get to know yourself better, reframe thoughts that are not serving you and build confidence and compassion for yourself.
