Sessions are £50 per hour. I work by the ‘therapeutic hour’ which is 50 minutes.
In your first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your goals and how we can work together in a way that feels right for you.
I am registered with the ICO and follow UK data protection laws.
Your privacy and confidentiality are important.
Confidentiality is fundamental to therapy. My notes are annonymised and confidentiality is only broken if I believe you are at a serious risk to yourself, others or you are in danger of being harmed.
