I offer child sessions in Finchley, and adolescent sessions in Finchley, Enfield and Wood Green.

I have significant experience working with children and adolescents, having worked in schools before and during qualifying as a counsellor. I now work within schools and practice privately.

I work with young people at the developmental level they are at, holistically holding their experiences, family dynamics and SEND. I have specific interest and experience working with ASC individuals and their families, and can tailor approaches to help with emotional regulation, communication and sensory needs.

Working therapeutically with children meets them where they are, and enters their inner world. I use therapeutic play as a primary method of communication, identifying themes and patterns to better understand your child. I offering nervous system and affect regulation and aid in the development of an emotional language for them to express themselves.

I work holistically considering all elements, from birth to present, family transitions and dynamics, and get to know the child at the heart of it all.
